Appointment Cancellation Policy
2 Days notice is required to cancel or reschedule for full set Lash Extension appointments. For ALL OTHER services, 1 Day notice required for appointment cancellations.
50% of the cost of Services Scheduled will be charged for appointment cancellation outside of the terms of this policy. Credit cards on file will be charged immediately; those not on file we be charged at the time of your next scheduled appointment.
Cancellations and “no show” appointments are costly to Lemon Lashes and affiliates therefore, Lemon Lashes reserves the right to ask for a credit card guarantee on any service.
To ensure all appointments run in a timely manner, we reserve the right to reschedule clients that are more than 10 minutes late.
No Shows will be charged for the full service.
